Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders.
Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: FREE HOME DELIVERY for orders of $25 or more "within service counties".
Accounts outside normal service areas are happily taken on a situational basis.
Orders less than $25 will be subject to a $5 Delivery Charge. Final shipping costs will
be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you offer Volume Pricing?
A: Yes, we offer volume discounts to Rescue Organizations and Breeders.

Rescue Dogs are sometimes under nourished and need the best food to get healthy
and strong again. Breeders want the BEST food for their pups to ensure good health.
